Paying your energy bill can be as simple as sending a text when you sign up for our Pay by Text payment option! With Pay by Text, you are alerted when you have a new bill. Simply reply to the text to pay your bill. To sign up for Pay by Text, log into My Energy Account and click on Pay My Bill Now! All you need to do is click on the Account Details Edit feature and choose Pay by Text.
You may also pay automatically each month with a credit or debit card however a $3.25 transaction fee will be assessed by the service provider for residential accounts and a 3.00% fee for commercial accounts.
